How To Use

For an easy way to keep track of your cycle, try this.

Phase 1 (Days 1-14): Masala Chai
Take daily from the first day of your period for 14 days.

Phase 2 (Days 15-28): Sesame Ginger
Take daily once you finish with Phase 1 Masala Chai packs.

If you don't have a period and don't know when to start, begin by taking Phase 1 on the New Moon. You can also take Phase 2 on the Full Moon. Our products honor the historic connection between women's menses and the lunar cycle.
